The double-width INFRA CE offers between four and ten decks, deck depths of between 850 and 2400 mm and an overall baking surface of 4.1 to 28.8 m² making it the ideal solution for the innovative artisan bakery - even where the processes are automated.
If electricity can be used, many innovative artisan bakers will opt for the electrically heated INFRA deck oven. Top heat, bottom heat and steam are separately, thermostatically controllable for each deck. The number of baking chambers is also the same as the maximum number of different products that can be produced at the same time. Separate decks offer energy-saving advantages and can be switched on and off as needed. Thanks to the remarkably fast heat-up rate, the decks of the INFRA range are ready for baking in minimal time.
