The "rotating" convection baking oven!

As a brilliant piece completely instainless steel and a large design glass door, the MINI COMET allows unobstructed view on the baking premiumproducts while the turning rack catches the customer’s attention.

Baked goods are baked in the rotating rack on the 600 mm x 400 mm sized trays. Low air speed, optimum air control and the rotating rack guarantee outstanding baked good quality and excellent uniformity. A separate high-performance steam generator that always generates enough steam, even when things get busy, guarantees the right glossy appearance.

The MINI COMET creates a maximum of moving benefits:
