Newsletter March 2016

Dear valued customers and friends of WACHTEL,

The "far north" of Germany that is happy to stand out because of its rough weather has turned in a pleasing increased level of activity, and the outlook is positive. We implemented a large-scale cooling concept for Steiskal bakery, with whom we have a trustworthy collaboration. The concept optimises the production processes by using our unique
COOL RISING PLUS systems (get all the project details here).

A further large project in North Germany are our first installed wood-fired ovens plus loader in Groß-Grönau. Three BONFIRE have ensured that Knaack bakery, which is part of the Allwörden Group, has been providing incomparable full-bodied and hearty flavour since this month. There is a further order for a wood-fired oven in progress, and we look forward to making a successful start to this particular model of oven in our home market and soon being able to help bakers throughout Germany to achieve a special image and increasing sales figures with this unique technology.

We are looking forward to busy trade fairs days in Taipeh, Hamburg and Moscow

Meanwhile, there are three major trade fairs looming on the horizon. Two international exhibitions feature on the programme alongside the German trade fair Internorga in Hamburg: the Bakery Show is due to be held at our Asian production site Taipeh in Taiwan, at which our team at WACHTEL Asia will be there for our Asian customers and local distributors. Modern Bakery that is considered to be the most important trade fair in Russia's bakery sector is to take place virtually at the same time. We look forward to meeting many customers and prospects at these key events, which form part of our ongoing globalisation.

We would be very happy to be able to welcome you on our stand at one of these three exhibitions.

I remain with best regards,

Oliver Frey
Chief Executive Officer
