Effective conservation of baked goods and dough pieces

Our fastest conservation system for capacities of 85 kg to 624 kg per hour. The temperature range is -10°C to -40°C.

The Flash conservation system is designed for loading with rack freezer carts. Flash provides the means for the quick conservation of:

  • pieces of dough
  • ready or semi-baked products
  • cream cakes
  • etc.

at the storage or packaging temperature desired.

There are one or more special high-performance evaporators inside the unit. The unit is supplied with different cooling equipment. The unit can also be supplied as a push-through system with table conveyor and with add-on doors or automatic sliding doors on request.

Facts:

  • Temperature range of - 10°C to - 40°C
  • High-performance units for ambient temperatures up to 43°C
  • Energy-saving condenser fan control is a Wachtel standard
