Our service starts when you make contact with our customer support team. These in-house personnel are well trained in the technology and act as an initial point of contact, able to provide advice by telephone for 'first aid' solutions. We value personal support, provided by employees with many years of experience whose focus is your needs. On this page you can see all our employees, with names and photos, so that you know at all times who you are talking to. We are available 24 hours per day to provide advice and support.

Our objective is to help you as quickly as possible

Our 48 highly-trained technicians are available every day from various locations covering the whole of Germany to offer you fast, flexible solutions. These are professional staff, fully familiar with our products and who receive continuing training in all our innovations. We always aim to come to your premises on the same day to ensure that your processes can continue as smoothly as possible. To expedite the handling of your processes, our team is equipped with GPS systems and can transmit orders electronically. Our technicians are provided with modern vehicles, high-quality tools and an extensive stock of spare parts for all current and older models of oven, to ensure that your requests are handled professionally and effectively.

To further improve our service, in this year alone an extra seven employees were added to our service department, while a further service center is under construction in collaboration with our best solution partner DAUB; it is thus intended that in the future, no wish will remain unanswered in this vital area of business.
