Rack ovens offer exceptional baking capacity with a minimum of space requirements. Due to its unusual height, the baking chamber can accommodate racks with 20 layers as standard while maintaining the technically required minimum layer pitch of more than 85 mm. Compared to ovens accommodating racks with only 18 layers, wachtel rack ovens produce 11% more volume with the same baking surface.
THE UNIQUE CROSS FLOW FANThe unique cross-flow radial fan assures an absolutely consistent and evenly distributed airflow. This results in optimal energy efficiency at the slowest possible air speed while you achieve baking results of supreme quality. Continuous baking is no problem due to the large-capacity steaming unit generating sufficient steam at any time.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE MADE EASYBurner, radial fan, control panel, control and drive elements are arranged in front behind service doors for easy access. Therefore, all COMPACT and COMET rack ovens can be surrounded by walls or other equipment on three sides.
COMETThe perfect alternative out of the COMPACT range wherever it is reasonable and economical to rely on electricity. Connection to a flue gas chimney and a burner are not required.
