Our Octopus control is programmable and suitable for universal purposes. It is used to control:
- blast freezers
- plus cooling
- conservation
- semi-automatic retarder/proofers
- automatic retarder/proofers
- proofers
and allows application of :
- Cool Rising and
- Cool Rising plus
For each application a separate temperature curve is stored which allows continues control.
An optional monitoring system is available that monitors your systems day and night. Emerging disturbances and service intervals are transmitted by telephone modem to the monitoring system. Based on this information, our service team can determine the disturbance and inform you. You either eliminate the disturbance yourself or contact our customer service.
This monitoring system prevents malfunctions and assures reliable production.
