The already proverbial ergonomic arrangement of the operating elements of COLUMBUS ovens simplifies and facilitates the daily work at the ovens. The stainless steel outside paneling provides for fulfillment of hygienic standards in the bakery and a long service life. Due to the total width of 1.620mm of double-wide ovens and 2.220 mm of triple wide ovens there are enough space reserves in the bakery for moving around.

The COLUMBUS VARIOMAT line (shown is the COLUMBUS E516/144), by the way the first deck oven with two deck groups with separate control, strictly saves time and energy. Standard accessories: two-stage gas or oil burner; energy consumption is automatically adjusted to the used baking surface which means that there is no loss of excessive energy or burning of products.

Or the MONO line (shown is the COLIMBUJS C 516/96) with easy-to-operate foil keyboard, automatic steaming systems and digital target and current value display.
The powerful steaming system, the burner unit and the sturdy circulation fans are installed in the protruding front.

An ingenious solution developed by Winkler already 20 years ago. Burner channel on top of the baking decks in combination with the ideal parallel heating elements. This is the way to build baking ovens with a maximum of baking surface and ergonomic charging heights on a minimum of space.
The 6-deck COLUMBUS O models with baking surface of 11.5 to 21.6 sqm. One drawer deck as standard feature having many advantages for charging the lowest deck.
Also the O-type can be built in from three sides. All service fittings are freely accessible from the front. Options: MONO or VARIOMAT configuration.
