Ovens in the THERMICO PLUS series are fitted with the smart IQ AIR control with a robust touch-display and ergonomic multi-functional control knob. An additional user-friendly aspect is the CLEAN WASH self-cleaning system.

THERMICO PLUS is available in 3 different sizes, for baking on 5, 8 or 10 baking trays. The MINI COMET PLUS in-store oven is a circulation oven with rotating tray infeed. Perfect energy utilization and airflow ensure outstanding quality of baked goods and a high level of repeatability. As a result, your goods are baked evenly all over and have a crispy crust and distinct texture.

Thanks to a powerful, separately heated steam generator, steam can be injected into the process at any time and without loss of temperature. A water meter provides  precise steam dosage and maximizes water and energy efficiency.

The MINI COMET PLUS in-store baking oven is also a real eye-catcher in your branch. It has a generously dimensioned design glass door and thus provides a clear view of the action-packed baking tray carousel and what makes successful shop baking: freshness and quality baked with handicraft character.
