PICCOLO PRO® – for better crust and crispness

We have developed a successor to our PICCOLO electric deck oven: the PICCOLO PRO®, whose baking results are now even better and more even. We achieved this through our MULTI ZONE BAKING technology in combination with the POWER STEAM. The PICCOLO PRO has been tested by the VDE - it consumes 33.6% less energy compared to the previous model. The user-friendly design has been improved with SOFT CLOSE doors and our intuitive IQ TOUCH control now includes an ENERGY MANAGER and the WACHTEL REMOTE access tool. The sophisticated and modern design of the PICCOLO PRO® can be further enhanced with an optional WOOD DESIGN control panel. A robust stainless steel proofer with new, reliable evaporator technology and LEDs in the stove and hood extend the life of the PICCOLO PRO®. We stand by our hightech furnace and give you a 5-year warranty when you sign a maintenance contract (in Germany).

THERMICO PLUS – Top baking quality that "snacks"

You are guaranteed top-class baking and snack quality with this energy-saving convection oven. THERMICO PLUS uses steam to heat and bake a wide range of dishes. It contains a special dual steam system with 2 separately controllable steam systems.

Ovens in the THERMICO PLUS series are fitted with the smart IQ AIR control with a robust touch-display and ergonomic multi-functional control knob. An additional user-friendly aspect is the CLEAN WASH self-cleaning system.

THERMICO PLUS is available in 3 different sizes, for baking on 5, 8 or 10 baking trays. The oven allows you to add up to 3.1 m² (5+8) baking area in the smallest of spaces and with ergonomic loading heights. Would you like a fusion of two baking worlds in one oven configuration?
