We are proud to announce a successor to our legendary and frequently copied PICCOLO electric deck oven – the PICCOLO PRO®, which produces baking results that are even more crispy and crusty. We have achieved this by combining our MULTI ZONE BAKING and POWER STEAM technologies.

In MULTI ZONE BAKING (patent pending), we have achieved a major advance in technology – four temperature sensors with four separately controlled heating zones per oven which even out the heat build-up towards the rear of the oven. POWER STEAM – an innovative circular device with a cast-iron centrepiece – produces even more dense vapour than before.

A robust stainless steel proofing chamber with new, reliable evaporator technology and LEDs in the oven and hood extend the life of the PICCOLO PRO®.

Our new MULTI ZONE BAKING technology shows the way ahead. The PICCOLO PRO® continues our tradition of fresh in-store produce, bakes excellently and now even more evenly than before. And it consumes one third less energy in the process.
