Very high customer satisfaction at WACHTEL

Dear WACHTEL friends,

We have been able to hold our prices steady for the last five years and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being such great people to work with. Our latest customer survey shows a 98 - 100% level of satisfaction with regard to standard of service, quality of installation and baking results.

In the “Category Leaders Made in Germany”, our ATLAS all-round rack oven, our COLUMBUS & INFRA bread ovens and our new VDE energy-certified PICCOLO PRO shop oven incorporate only top-quality, hightech components and durable, thick-walled stainless steel. The same applies, of course, to our customised CO2 cooling cells and our plug-and-go COBOX proofing cabinets.

Unfortunately, the costs for stainless steel, copper and motor fuel have gone up by as much as 50% in recent months. For heating rods and electronic components, not only have prices risen massively, but we have also encountered delivery bottlenecks. Consequently, we are obliged to pass on these extreme cost increases, at least in part, and to introduce a general price increase of 4.9% with effect from 1st July 2021. Orders received before then will still be invoiced at the previous agreed rates.
