In January 2020 Justine Tasiaux opened her small artisan bakery near Namur in Belgium with the support of her family. After taking a close look at the oven market, the choice quickly fell on WACHTEL. The PICCOLO electric oven was the perfect choice for the small bakery - this is where Justine can perfectly bake her handmade, natural baked goods.
