Falko Hellmich – Founder and managing director of Hellmich and initiator of Nur Natur - has been advising countless companies across Europe for over 20 years. With his knowledge and experience he set out in 2011 to finally give natural baking a voice again.

In 2020 the show bakery was completely modernized. In addition to bright and friendly areas, the focus is on the deck ovens, cooling system and proofing cells, which are completely in black. WACHTEL has constructed all products in black stainless steel especially for Hellmich. We are proud to have realized such a progressive and unique project together with our partner Backofenbau Reiff and Hellmich.
It took almost a year from initial contact to commissioning. From November 16th the factory sales begin.
