The family business switches to environmentally friendly technology in their production
The Mack artisan bakery in Baden-Württemberg (Germany) lives and works by the motto "Real baking - Best bread". That is why we are proud and pleased that WACHTEL ovens have been used to bake bread for the almost 50 branches since August of this year.

A total of 10 hightech ATLAS rack ovens are now in production at Mack.The CO2 cooling system is currently under construction and will be put into operation in late autumn 2021.
