With the COSCHOCK range you can shock freeze your unpacked products without the risk of freezing. Preserving dough pieces, cream cakes, finished or half-baked products with capacities from 26 kg to 624 kg makes the COSCHOCK cell feasible and easy!
COSCHOCK SWIFT
Over 30 years’ experience have been invested in our SWIFT-conservation system. The conservation capacities are between 26 kg and 133 kg. The SWIFT conservation system has been designed to be loaded with rack or freezer trolleys. Its highlight is its space-saving design, the A-series models are only 140 cm wide. Other customer-specific build sizes are possible. SWIFT enables the fast conservation of dough pieces, ready-or semi-baked products, cream cakes and the like. Located above the system are one or two high-performance evaporators. The air is guided via the LWS system through each individual tray, which ensures even cooling. The systems are available with different cooling technology equipment. On request SWIFT systems can also be fitted as a slide-through model.
COSCHOCK FLASH
Our fastest conservation system for outputs of 85 kg to 624 kg per hour. The FLASH conservation system has been designed to be loaded with rack or freezer trolleys.
COSCHOCK FLASH enables the fast conservation without loss of quality of dough pieces, ready-or semi-baked products, cream cakes and the like. Within the system are one or several high-performance standing evaporators. On request the system can also be fitted as a slide-through system or with automatic sliding doors.
