In April 2016 Bakery Volkmann in Heuchelheim made an important step towards modernisation with a large WACHTEL production plant. The midsized company in third family generation has more than 21 shops and operates a total of over 2.500 m² baking surface. Between 28.000 and 30.000 buns leave the bakery daily, the product line comprising over 270 different baked goods.

In cooperation with our Premium Partner Vollack we provided new oven and cooling equipment for the newly built production site of Wunderlichs Backstuben in Oelsnitz. The result is a successful construction project that besides a perfectly combination of baking production and café impressed by a smooth handling in every moment.

As part of the expansion of the cooling plant section at Bakery Steiskal, we developed a cooling concept for the ideal support of the production. Four new COOL RISING PLUS cells were commissioned in July 2014 to help achieving the optimisation goals and to support the processes profitably.
