Many of them have been with our company for many years and look back on long-standing careers in the baking industry. Thus, we are ideally positioned to understand our customer needs and serve them personally and customer centric. In addition to personal visits by our experts, we offer in our customer center at the Hilden site the possibility for tailormade bakery seminars and tests - so they can try out their own baked goods directly with our baking and cooling systems and thereby convince them firsthand of our quality.

Made in Germany is a quality that we uphold, even though having started in Germany, WACHTEL now enjoys approx. 50% of its sales globally. We have subsidiaries in Eastern Europe and are represented in many other regions through competent distributors. We are in the constant process to further expand sales and to cover new countries with dedicated technical representatives. Through its qualified industry knowledge WACHTEL is perfectly represented in the world. From our headquarters in Pulsnitz, we are regularly in touch with advice and practical help to assist so the dealer with any queries where we can. Furthermore, we offer training for our Representatives, which not only serves the further development of our products, but in particular also to convey our corporate culture and our quality premises - that distinguishes WACHTEL.
While we continuously rely on local resources for the production of our ovens and loaders, the focus in sales has long been on international stages. We have built up a solid, international infrastructure in a network of over fifty countries and three of our own subsidiaries. We have offices in Eastern Europe and Taiwan since 2004 - working together and cohesion is very important to us. Internal agreements between the countries make it possible for us to satisfy customers around the world with our ovens according to their needs, which also confirms our customer satisfaction of 98%.
