
The STIR system has all of the well known benefits of a deck oven. Better taste, better appearance and all round better quality of the products.
The reduction in baking times of up to 30 %, taking cost and flexibility into account, makes this system all the more important.
The patented heat exchanger lowers the energy requirement by more than 20%. A high heat retainment capacity in the burner chamber reduces temperature drops when loading the oven and subsequently ensures a more gradual heat transfer to the products.
Since the IBA tradefare 2012 the STIR system is also available for the electric powered COMET G model.
