As a service provider we are responsible, in accordance with §7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act), for our own content on these pages in line with general regulations. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider, we are not under the obligation to monitor transferred or saved external information or to research circumstances which indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block usage of information in line with general regulations remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible as from the moment of becoming aware of a specific legal infringement. As soon as we become aware of any corresponding legal infringements we will immediately remove those content items.
Liability for links
Our offer includes links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We also therefore cannot accept any liability for this external content. The relevant provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. At the time the links were created, the linked pages were inspected for any possible legal violations. No illegal content was recognised at the time of linking. However, an ongoing monitoring of the content of linked sites is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal infringement.
